I led the real estate strategy and execution that scaled a local 5 location outpatient healthcare company from to over 160 + locations nationwide, overseeing the real estate expansion from a local mom & pop to a PE backed nationally recognized company was a journey most never are fortunate enough to experience. Through both new builds (de novos) and mergers & acquisitions we scaled the right way with the with right people.

Spearheaded growth across multiple states, overseeing the full-cycle clinic rollout.

  1. Built scalable, repeatable systems for both internal teams and external vendors.

  2. Managed all key partners, including brokers, legal teams, general contractors, architects, and vendors for signage, branding, permitting, finishes, and equipment.

  3. Delivered consistent cost savings through rigorous vendor optimization and refined processes.

  4. Reported directly to ownership and collaborated with internal leadership across all departments.

My Role:

I played a hands-on role from startup to scale—leading project management, property management, and lease administration during rapid national expansion. I started by painting clinics and assembling equipment, and ended by building a trusted, high-performance team that now runs those systems at scale.
