In Phase 1, we form our partnership —acting as an integrated extension of your internal team — we align your long-term vision with a winning game plan beginning with a strategy meeting, then creating projected timelines, setting budgets and creating a short list of all required parties to complete your project.

After Phase 2, my team will provide consistent project oversight—handling all vendor communications, budget tracking, updating timeline schedules, coordinating installs, deliveries and continued quality control inspections while providing you with weekly progress reports.

With Phase 1 complete, we build the roster. My team manages the competitive bidding process to ensure we assemble the most qualified and cost-effective contractors* / vendors* while collaborating on the final selection of all brokers, contractors and vendors for your ultimate approval.
*any preferred brokers, contractors or vendors you require will be 100% accommodated.

As we reach the goal line, my team will manage all final inspections to secure the Certificate of Occupancy, confirm all punch list items are completed in a timely manner and coordinate a seamless and successful 'go-live' for you.
